I contacted all state moving for a quote based on a recommendation from a friend. I needed storage too and each component of the quote was better than what I received from pod storage based companies. They had 30 day free storage and free re-delivery which made my life 100% easier I could also pay to keep it in storage till I was ready to remove it but I only ended up needing three weeks. The entire process was smooth, including updating my inventory I contacted customer service and was transferred to Philip in Quality Assurance when I decided to sell several items before moving. The day of the move was great with packing and moving efficiently and there were no amendments to my quoted price. I haven’t moved in yet to review delivery service, but couldn’t be happier with the first half of my move. I cant wait to be cozy in new home I’m very happy I went with Al State for my move.

My All State Moving Of America experience this week was extremely smooth, organized and went without a hitch. The team of movers were professional and courteous and took every precaution to protect and make this a perfect move. I appreciated the call from customer service to check in with me and see how the move was actually going, nice touch. Payment was exactly as stated from the contract I signed. No surprises. Team finished in timely manner and did a great job.
Scheduled a move and circumstances forced a date change. Preferred was very accommodating and managed the date change and the move in a very professional and caring manner. Everything happen quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend this company they are very good.
I know this is a late review but I honestly forgot to write it. I booked a move from Michigan to Washington in October of 2021. Both properties I lived in/moved into had their own rules about upholding the orders of wearing masks indoors and outdoors since we live in a retirement community. The crew (three people) arrived to pack my home and did not wear masks. When my belongings arrived in Washington, one of the movers verbalized his disagreement with the property’s requirement of wearing a mask in the common areas making me feel uncomfortable in my new home. The customer service was excellent I provided the feedback about the movers not wearing masks; the representative I was speaking to throughout my move said she would tell there boss of there nonsense. After providing feedback to All State Moving of America, I did receive a call from a supervisor who apologized for the oversight. Last, two of my newest furniture pieces arrived with multiple scratches and dents. A claim has been submitted they are reimbursing.
They did a great job moving my furniture. They did not damage any of my belongings or my home. Very polite workers. They worked very hard.
