We contracted with All Sate to move furniture to a relative in West Virginia After delays and communication problems, the move was completed on June 5. The move involved a cherry wood dining room set including table, 8 chairs, buffet, and hutch with lighted china cabinet. The set was in the family for 50 years and had both sentimental and financial value. One chair was lost, but ultimately found in Virginia and returned. A second chair had the back legs broken off during transit. We sent the claim form, pictures and spoke to the customer service manager on June 20. They paid to get it fixed which made us very happy. I understand stuff happens I’m just glad everything ended up fine in the end
All State Moving Of America gave me almost the perfect move. the movers that came weren’t really in a talkative mood and rolled there eyes when I asked how long it will take them to get everything packed up which kind of scared me because I had a flight within the next 4 hours. I made my flight and everything went smoothly otherwise. Other than that I had a good experience. I have nothing bad to say about the agent I spoke to or anyone who worked in the office.

We moved from Washington to a small town outside Duluth Minnesota. Our original moving company flaked on us a week before the move. I called numerous moving companies for help. I finally got Brandon on the phone from All State Moving Of America. I was in tears because I was so stressed. Between him, his operations manager, and Kari in customer service, they were able to get a team out to us for my husband’s cars and the movers for our belongings. We got the cars far sooner than we expected and our belongings in a reasonable length of time. I will add we only had one issue. It was a lost futon. They found it thankfully and it is being returned to us. They were fully prepared to reimburse us for it’s loss. No questions asked on it. I feel we were well taken care of considering the craziness on our end. I honestly don’t know what we would of done if Brandon and Kari hadn’t of taken pity on me and been willing to listen to my story and lend a helping hand. It was more expensive than expected but that was due to the other company messing us over and it being last minute. Not once did they make any claims or statements that wasn’t backed up. They busted their backends to make sure our satisfaction about the lost futon that was ultimately found. Thank you 3 and your teams!!! We couldn’t of made it home without y’all

From beginning to end, the experience was practically flawless. The movers who arrived to pick up were courteous and professional. They had everything packed up and moved out in less than 2 hours! There were a couple of delays, but that was due to weather -we can’t control that. When the truck arrived, the driver, along with the movers, carefully unloaded everything into my new home. they where marvelous, friendly and professional. Everything was in perfect order. Should I move again in the future, I will definitely go with All State Moving Of America LLC again and I will recommend you to others!
All State Moving Of America was amazing!! Courteous, efficient and took extra care to insure our belongings were treated with the utmost care!! They truly are affordable too!!! We are renting while our house is being built in Montana. We will definitely use them to move our home again!
